1. Scope //
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the online shop operated by Lyssier GmbH at lyssier.com. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular consumer protection rights, remain unaffected.

3. Ordering process //
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. You can add products to your cart and review or correct your entries before submitting your order using the functions provided in the cart and checkout. By activating the final button indicating that the order is subject to payment, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods shown in the order summary. We confirm receipt of your order electronically without undue delay. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email. The languages currently available for conclusion of the contract are German and English. Before submitting your order, you can view and save these Terms & Conditions. We store the information relating to your order in accordance with applicable legal requirements and send you the relevant order information by email.

4. Prices and shipping costs //
All prices shown to consumers include statutory VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product price. The applicable shipping costs are displayed before you submit your order, including in the cart and checkout. 5. Payment //
The payment methods currently available are displayed during checkout. Unless otherwise stated for the selected payment method, payment is due upon conclusion of the contract. Where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider, the provider's terms may additionally apply to the payment process.

6. Delivery //
Lyssier currently delivers to Germany and destinations within the European Union that are available at checkout. For products shown as in stock, the delivery time is:

Germany // 1–3 business days
European Union // approximately 2–8 business days

If a different delivery time applies to a specific product, this will be stated on the relevant product page. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. For consumers, the statutory provisions governing the transfer of risk during shipment apply. Carrier insurance does not limit your statutory rights against Lyssier.

7. Retention of title //
The goods remain the property of Lyssier GmbH until the purchase price has been paid in full.

8. Right of withdrawal //
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. You bear the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. 9. Defects and statutory rights //
The statutory rules concerning defective goods apply. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, you have the rights provided by applicable law. Where statutory subsequent performance is required, Lyssier bears the necessary costs in accordance with the statutory provisions, including necessary transport costs. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights in relation to defective goods.

10. Natural material characteristics //
Lyssier objects are made from solid, uncoated materials. Natural variations in the surface and the material changes described on the relevant product and Materials pages, including the development of patina on brass and fine traces of touch, cleaning and use on uncoated metal, are characteristic of these materials and do not in themselves constitute a defect. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product does not have the agreed characteristics or is otherwise defective.

11. Consumer dispute resolution //
Lyssier GmbH is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Applicable law //
German law applies. If you are a consumer and mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence provide you with additional protection that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement, those provisions remain unaffected. Statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
