This policy explains your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory rights in relation to defective goods.

Statutory right of withdrawal //

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods. If you ordered several goods in a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement:

It is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. No reason is required.

Refunds following withdrawal //

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option are not reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Returning your order //

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a traceable shipping method. This recommendation is not a condition for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

You do not need to return an item unused or in its original packaging in order to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

You may handle the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods //

A claim relating to a defective, damaged or incorrect item is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal.

If your order arrives damaged, appears defective or contains the wrong item, please contact studio@lyssier.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where useful, clear photographs of the object and packaging.

Reporting visible transport damage promptly, ideally within 48 hours, helps us document and process the matter with the carrier. Missing this period does not affect your statutory rights.

If the goods are defective, your statutory rights apply.

Where statutory subsequent performance is required, Lyssier bears the necessary costs, including necessary transport costs.
