Objects in stock leave Krefeld within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order finishes, including Mirror No. 8, take 2-4 weeks; the product page tells you before you order. Every parcel ships insured with DHL, DHL Express or a comparable carrier, and you receive a tracking number by email the moment it is on its way.

Deliveries to non-EU countries (for example Switzerland, the UK, the USA, Japan) may be subject to customs duties and import VAT, payable by the recipient. Lyssier has no influence over the amount of these charges.
You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. We extend this voluntarily to 30 days in total, because an object made to stay should not be kept out of obligation. The conditions are simple: unused, and back in its original box, which was designed for exactly this journey. Repack flat, send one email to studio@lyssier.com, and we take it from there. Return shipping is paid by you; refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of the return reaching us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
One honest note: patina that develops while an object lives with you is not damage, and an object that has held a burning candle is not unused. If you want to test the materials risk-free, stainless steel is the constant; brass is the one that starts writing immediately.
It is rare, and it is our problem, not yours. Send a photo to studio@lyssier.com within 48 hours of delivery and we arrange the replacement immediately.
Your statutory warranty rights apply to every Lyssier object: two years. Patina, fingerprint shading and the natural deepening of uncoated metal are the product working as designed and are never defects; a fault in cutting, joining or finishing is on us. More: Care & Patina.
