Stainless steel 1.4301 and brass MS63 (CuZn37) from European producers. The alloy designations are printed on every certificate of conformity we hold.

Each element is waterjet cut at plus or minus 0.15 mm tolerance. At 3 mm material thickness, that is the difference between a part that finds its position and one that needs force. The cutting is done by a family-owned studio in Austria.

Depending on the finish: tumbled for a matte uniform surface, or polished to mirror grade (No. 8). The finishing step takes longest. It is also the most visible.

The packaging is made in Krefeld by a family-owned business from smooth bookbinder board (Graupappe). Three parts: inner box, outer sleeve, ribbon. Each unit is checked in Krefeld before it is packed.

The H64 reaches you in two parts. There are no tools, no instructions, no adhesives. The two elements slide crosswise into one another and find their position. The sound they make is the final proof.
